What information is required to establish a limited company?

To set up a limited company, you will need the following information:

  • A registered office address in the United Kingdom.
  • Details of the director and shareholder (which can be the same person), including their name, date of birth, occupation, nationality, and residential address.

Are the fees for your packages one-time payments or annual charges?

Our package fees are one-time charges. There are no additional costs associated with forming a limited company or LLP.

Is it possible to form a limited company with just one person?

Yes, it is possible to form a limited company with only one person. While all limited companies require at least one director and one shareholder, it is quite common for one individual to fulfill both roles. However, in the case of a limited liability partnership (LLP), a minimum of two members (partners) is required.

Do I need to hire an accountant for my limited company?

While it’s not mandatory, we strongly recommend seeking the assistance of an accountant for various aspects of your limited company. An accountant can help with annual accounts, tax return filing (with Companies House and HMRC), financial record-keeping setup, and provide valuable advice on financial management, including how to withdraw funds from your limited company.

Can I open a UK bank account if I am not a resident of the UK?
